Refunds: All sales are final, and no refund will be issued.

Complaint about the faulty item in delivery:

If you have received a broken or defective item, we will of course correct it!

Do this if you have received a broken or defective item in delivery: Email us at info@closeprotectionhandbook.com. We answer emails within 24 hours on weekdays. The more complete information you have, the faster we can handle your case:

  • Indicate what fault was in the delivery
  • Your order number and receipt of purchase
  • Attach a photo of the faulty or damaged delivered item

Our customer service will help you further with the information needed for a free return and for you to receive the correct item sent to you.

Information on return e-commerce purchases

As a private individual and according to the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Special ordered so-called “Print on demand” books where the book is printed after the customer’s order.

This is stated on our website order portal that we print on demand.

Ordering:
At closeprotectionhandbook.com you can shop online as a private individual. If you are to order in bulk, we appreciate you contacting us directly via email on our Contact page. On the order page, “Add to cart” when you are satisfied with your purchase, proceed to check out.

Payment:
Payment is made in collaboration with WooCommerce and offer payment solutions via Klarna, Swish and Credit card. By completing the purchase at checkout, the Customer accepts both our privacy center policies terms and conditions as well as how our payment solutions is handling personal data.

Delivery:
How long it takes for your order to arrive at your home depends on whether the product is in our warehouse or if we first order it from our supplier on demand. On the book page and at checkout, you can see when the order is expected to be delivered or can be picked up from an agent.

Shipping fees:
If you shop you get free shipping. Otherwise, a shipping fee will be added.

Delayed deliveries:
We always work hard to ensure that you receive your delivery within the time interval we specify. Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. We can therefore never guarantee that the delivery will arrive on a given day and we must reserve ourselves for delays. Please note that if an order is delayed, you will always receive a message from us.
